Scopecanon is in pre-launch. There is no measured uptime to show, and inventing a run of green ticks would be the first dishonest thing on this site.
When it goes live this page carries the real figure, measured from outside, together with any open incident.
What we commit to
An incident is posted here within thirty minutes of us knowing, whether or not we have a cause yet. Staying quiet until there is a tidy explanation is how a status page becomes something nobody checks.
A post-incident note follows within five working days: what happened, what it affected, and what changed so it does not happen again. If customer data was touched, the customers concerned hear from us directly and first — before this page.
Planned maintenance is announced at least seventy-two hours ahead.
