What happens when I pass the system limit?
The product says so and stops accepting new systems or seats. Nothing is deleted, nothing degrades silently, and nothing is billed unless you choose a plan.
Can I buy a paid plan today?
Not yet. The register itself is open and free today. Paid plans open for sale from the Plan & billing page inside the app; no sales call is ever required.
Do you charge per scan?
No. Plans are monthly and priced on the size of the register, not per check. Cancelling stops renewal and keeps the plan to the end of the paid month; your data stays and can be exported.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT. Where tax applies, it is calculated at checkout from your billing address, and a business can enter its VAT number there. Billing, cancellation and refunds are set out in the terms.
